How to Create an Appointment?

To add an Appointment, Click Create New button in the top right corner. Choose Doctor, Clinic location, Appointment type, Episode, Date and time which are required to create the record and click Save button.

How to Edit an Appointment?

Search and Select the Appointment, which need to be edited. Double click the selected Appointment, or Select Edit tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Edit Appointment page. Change the required fields in the Edit Appointment page, and Click Save to update the changes.

How to Reschedule an Appointment?

Search and Select the Appointment, which need to be Rescheduled. Select Reschedule tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the Reschedule Appointment page. Change the required fields in the Reschedule Appointment page and Click update to update the changes.

How to Change Appointment Status?

Search and Select the Appointment, which need to be status updated. Select Change Status tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the Update Status page. Select the required status, which will return to the Appointment page, with changed status for the selected appointment. Click Close to return to the Appointment Page.

How to Print the Record?

Search and Select the Appointment, which need to be printed. Select Print tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the Print Appointment letter page. You can review the appointment in this page, and download it to your system or print it.

How to Delete the Record?

Search and Select the Appointment, which need to be deleted. Select Delete tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Delete Appointment confirmation page. Click Delete, which deletes the selected Appointment.

How to Send SMS?

Search and Select the Appointment, which need to be reminded by SMS. Select SMS tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the SMS Appointment page. You can change the SMS message, if needed, in this page and Click Send to send it to the patient.

Workflow

Search and Select the Appointment, for which Workflow need to be edited. Select Workflow tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Workflow Checklist page. Change or Delete the required steps in the Workflow Checklist page, and Click Cancel to return to the Appointment page.
