How to Add New Allergy?

Select Create tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Add Allergy Page. Select & Enter all the necessary data in the Add Allergy page. Click on Search button, to select a Drug, from the Drug page, listed with Drug, Code, Trade name, Manufaturer name & Generic name. The required Drug can be searched either by its name or code. When all the required data are entered, Click Save to create a new Allergy record. The newly created allergy is listed in the Allergy page

How to Edit Allergy?

Search and Select the Allergy, which need to be edited. Double click the selected Allergy, or Select Edit tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Edit Allergy page. Change the required fields in the Edit Allergy page, and Click Save to update the changes.

How to Delete Allergy?

Search and Select the Allergy, which need to be deleted. Select Delete tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Delete Allergy confirmation page. Click Delete, which deletes the selected Allergy record.
