Form
There are various standard forms included in the system. The types of forms included are Admission forms, Insurance Forms & Request forms. In each type, there are several forms available
Select Form in the Side menu of the Patient Module, which opens the Form page.
Action controls
Create New Form
Select Create tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Add Form Page. Select & Enter all the necessary data in the Add Form page. When all the required data are entered, Click Save to create a new Form. The Selected form opens, in which fill all the required details & Save. The newly created Form is listed in the Form page.
Edit Form Document
Search and Select the Form, which need to be edited. Double click the selected Form which Opens Form document to be edited. Change the required fields in the Form document, and Click Save to update the changes.
Edit Form Description
Search and Select the Form, which need to be edited. Select Edit tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Edit Form page. Change the required fields in the Edit Form page, and Click Save to update the changes.
Delete Form
Search and Select the Form, which need to be deleted. Select Delete tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Delete Form confirmation page. Click Delete, which deletes the selected Form.
View PDF
Search and Select the Form, which need to be generated in PDF format. Select Print tab in the actions menu, which leads to the PDF form page. You can review the Form in this page, and download it to your system in PDF format or print.
Send Email
Search and Select the Form, which need to be sent by Mail. Select Mail tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Mail Compose page. Select add button, to create a mail favourite in the Add Mail Favourite page or Select from the already available Mail Favourites created in the Settings Module.
Enter all the data and Select Send tab, to send the selected Form by mail.
