Surgery
In this module, Surgery of the selected patient can be added & managed. All the details related to the surgery is available in this module and scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling of surgery is possible through this. Surgery workflow can be set & related correspondance with patient can be done.
Select Surgery in the Side menu of the Patient Module, which opens the Surgery page.

How to Create New Surgery?
To create new surgery, Click Create >> Choose Hospital, Doctor, Surgery date and time, Admission date, time and Procedure which are required to create the record and Save.
How to Edit Surgery?
Search and Select the Surgery, which need to be edited. Double click the selected Surgery, or Select Edit tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Edit Surgery page. Change the required fields in the Edit Surgery page, and Save to update the changes.
How to Reschedule Surgery?
Search and Select the Surgery, which need to be Rescheduled. Select Reschedule tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the Reschedule Surgery page. Change the required fields in the Reschedule Surgery page, and Click update to update the changes.
How to Change Surgery Status?
Search and Select the Surgery, which need to be status updated. Select Change Status tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the Update Status page. Select the required status, which will return to the Surgery page, with changed status for the selected Surgery.
How to Print the Record?
Search and Select the Surgery, which need to be printed. Select Print tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the Print Surgery page. You can review the Surgery in this page, and download it to your system or print it.
How to Delete the Record?
Search and Select the Surgery, which need to be deleted. Select Delete tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Delete Surgery confirmation page. Click Delete, which deletes the selected Surgery
How to Send SMS?
Search and Select the Surgery, which need to be reminded by SMS. Select SMS tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the SMS Surgery page. You can change the SMS message, if needed, in this page, and Click Send to send it to the patient.
Workflow
Search and Select the Surgery, for which Workflow need to be edited. Select Workflow tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Workflow Checklist page. Change or Delete the required steps in the Workflow Checklist page, and Click Cancel to return to the Surgery page.
