Print Tray
This tray contains all the newly uploaded letters or newly created letters by secretary or transcriptionist. This will help the physician to verify all the patients’ letters in one place without going into each patient record. Once the consultant verifies, the letter moves for printing. Now the secretary can take the print out of the letter for future use and then the letter disappears from the tray but it will be saved inside the patient file.
Action controls
New Record and Status
New section displays the newly created letters of the patients. Can view, edit, verify and print the letters. Select Filter tab in the actions menu, which opens the Filter page. Select the required criteria to filter the letters. Select Search, which displays letters under the selected criteria & list it in the Print tray page.
Select the required letter and select Status tab, which opens print tray status page, where you can change the status either verified or printed. When the status is changed to verified, the letters moves from new page to verified page.
Verified Record and Status
In the verified page, Select Filter tab in the actions menu, which opens the Filter page. Select the required criteria to filter the letters. Select Search, which displays letters under the selected criteria & list it in the Print tray page.
Select the required letter and select Status tab, which opens print tray status page, where you can change the status to printed. When the status is changed to printed, the letters moves from verified page to the patient module.
Print Record
In the verified page, select a required letter to print. Select Print tab, which opens the letter. Once the printing is done, change the status of the letter, which will remove the letter from the tray.
Scan Tray
Scan tray is used to do multiple patient scanning. You can now scan in multiple documents for multiple patients in one go, through the scanner. By placing a number of documents in the Scanner, and clicking on Scan, all the pages will be scanned and saved as individual scans and can be assigned to a patient one at a time afterwards.
Action controls
Create Record
To scan a number of documents, Click Add new icon, Choose patient if you want to scan the document directly into patient or else leave it empty. Select the date, enter the description and choose category. Click QUICK SCAN or SCAN to scan the document into the list. Once the scanning is done, Click upload to upload the scanned document to iMedDoc.
Edit Record
Select a document, click on Edit tab to make necessary changes and click on verified.
Verify
The clincal staff or the consultant can then verify the mapped document. Open the document and click Verify button. Document is stamped with date and time.
Completed
Open verified record from the list and click Completed to remove the record from the tray and move to patient's file.
Delete Record
Select a scan and click on Delete, a window pop-ups prompting whether to delete the entry click on OK to delete the document.
Fax Record
Select a scan and click on Fax, a window pop-ups prompting whether to Fax the entry click on OK to Fax the document.
