Service Location
Service locations are places where providers render medical services to patients. This includes locations not at the same address as the main practice, for example: Satellite offices, local hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, pharmacies, etc. You must set up one or more service locations before you can begin scheduling appointments, entering encounters or sending claims. Information maintained may include Web site, maps, Fax, email etc.

How to Create a Service Location?
To add a new clinic location click on Create New and fill the mandatory fields like location name, location type, and Phone number. Finally click on save button to add a service location to iMedDoc.
How to Edit a Service Location?
To edit the service location, find the location from the list, select the location and choose edit icon or double click the record, make the necessary changes in the location details and click on save to update the changes to the selected service location.
How to Delete a Service Location?
To delete a location from your service location list, select the record and choose Delete icon, a window pop-ups prompting whether to delete the entry. Click Yes to delete the location. Only unused locations can be deleted. If the location is in use, the system will not allow you to delete the record.
How to Archive a Service Location?
The Archive function is used to hide the location from the calendar screen. Select a location and click on Archive from the actions menu drop down to hide the location from iMedDoc Selection list. Similarly a Service location can be Unarchived by Selecting the archived service location & Click Unarchive tab in the actions menu drop down. This will restore the Service location available for Selection.
