How to Create New Dictation?

Select Create tab in the actions menu, which opens iMedDoc Dictator plug-in, where you can record, replay & upload dictations. Click Record button, to Start recording, End button to end the recording, Play button to replay the recording.

Once the recording is done, Select upload button to update the dictation as iMedDoc record & listed in the Dictation page.

How to Edit Dictation?

Search and Select the Dictation, which need to be edited. Double click the selected Dictation, or Select Edit tab in the actions menu, which opens the iMedDoc Dictator plug-in. For adding or overwritting your recording, you can simply click the Record button, which will give you options for changes. Select appropriate option & proceed. Once the recording is done, select upload button to update the dictation.

How to Delete Dictation?

Search and Select the Dictation, which need to be deleted. Select Delete tab in the actions menu, which leads to the Delete Dictation confirmation page. Click Delete, which deletes the selected Dictation.

How to Upload Dictation?

Select required dictations to upload, by Clicking the Checkbox against each dictation. Select Upload tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the Upload Dictation page. Select Doctor & Dictation Recipient, Click Send to upload the selected dictations to the corresponding location.

Local Upload

Select Local Upload tab in the actions menu drop down, which leads to the Upload File page. Here you can upload dictation or any other document related to dictation, which is already available in your system in any format, by Clicking Select Files tab. When a required file is selected from your system, it gets locally uploaded to iMedDoc EMR.

These file can also be uploaded to any suitable Dictation Recipient, through Upload action.

How to Download Dictation?

Select the dictation, click on Download and the file will be downloaded in .ZIP format, unzip the file to listen the dictation.
